FRONT BUSHING
The 151 936 08 FRONT BEARING is an essential wear part for your rig's cooling system. It provides a stable, low-friction housing for the fan shaft, ensuring smooth rotation and preventing vibration that can lead to more serious mechanical failures.

Full Technical Description
151 936 08 FRONT BEARING Installed within the fan assembly, this bushing serves as the primary support for the rotating fan shaft. Its job is to allow the fan to spin freely and concentrically, ensuring a consistent and powerful airflow across the hydraulic oil cooler or engine radiator. Maintaining the correct alignment is critical for the efficiency of the entire thermal management system on the rig.
A worn-out fan bushing directly impacts machine reliability. As wear progresses, the fan will start to wobble, creating vibrations that can damage the fan blades, the motor bearings, and even the cooler core itself. If the fan fails, the rig will quickly overheat, triggering a shutdown and bringing production to a halt.
The first sign of a failing bushing is often an unusual noise, like a squeal or a rattle, coming from the fan area. You might also notice excessive vibration. During inspections, check for any side-to-side play in the fan hub. Proactive replacement prevents catastrophic fan failure and protects the larger cooling system components.
