ACCUMULATOR

The ACCUMULATOR 5112 2915 03 (5112291503, 5112-2915-03, ACCUMULATOR 5112291503) is a high-pressure hydraulic accumulator block engineered for ATLAS COPCO and EPIROC drilling rigs. Designed for mining and tunneling duty, the ACCUMULATOR 5112 2915 03 stores and releases hydraulic energy to stabilize system pressure under rapidly changing drilling loads.

This ACCUMULATOR 5112 2915 03 absorbs and moderates hydraulic shock loads generated by feed cylinders, rotation drives, and impact systems. By damping pressure spikes, 5112291503 protects pumps, seals, hoses, and valve assemblies from cavitation, vibration, over-pressurization, and machine-oil aeration. The identifiers 5112291503 and 5112-2915-03 are commonly used catalog variations for the same assembly.

The ACCUMULATOR 5112 2915 03 maintains consistent hydraulic delivery to rotation, percussion, and feed systems, improving drilling accuracy, penetration rate, and equipment smoothness. Stable accumulator response minimizes system fatigue and contributes to longer component life in harsh mining environments.

Inspect the ACCUMULATOR 5112 2915 03 for nitrogen loss, shell fatigue, leakage, or diminished damping performance. Replace 5112291503 immediately if pulsation increases or accumulator response becomes delayed. Follow OEM nitrogen precharge specifications and hydraulic bleeding procedures for correct installation.

Also indicated as 5112291503, 5112-2915-03, and ACCUMULATOR 5112291503, this hydraulic accumulator block is widely chosen for OEM-standard performance and good-price replacement options for ATLAS COPCO and EPIROC machinery.
