When this platform starts to go, it’s usually pretty obvious, and it’s a big safety concern. You might notice excessive movement or wobble when someone steps on it, or maybe some visible cracks in the welds or along the deck plate. Sometimes the anti-slip surface wears right off, making it slick, especially in wet or oily conditions.
