1000 HRS TOT

1000 HRS TOT 5590 0100 04 is a 1000-hour total service indicator designed for scheduled maintenance tracking on Epiroc and Atlas Copco drilling rigs, ROC-series machines, and underground jumbos. This component is used to clearly identify when a machine reaches the 1000 operating hour service interval, helping ensure timely preventive maintenance and reliable long-term operation.

The 1000 HRS TOT 5590 0100 04 is built for harsh mining environments and features durable materials that resist vibration, dust ingress, moisture, and oil contamination. It is commonly installed on service panels, maintenance boards, or monitoring locations where operating-hour milestones must be clearly visible to operators and maintenance teams.

Accurate service-hour tracking is critical for maintaining drilling performance, preventing premature wear, and avoiding unexpected breakdowns. Failure to perform scheduled 1000-hour maintenance can lead to increased component wear, reduced efficiency, and costly downtime.

Installation is straightforward and should be performed according to the machine’s maintenance documentation. During servicing, the indicator should be inspected for legibility, secure mounting, and correct reference to operating-hour records.
