OIL COOLER
The OIL COOLER 3 6060 0009 87 is crucial for keeping your hydraulic system's oil at a safe temperature. It prevents overheating, which can quickly degrade hydraulic fluid and damage pumps and motors, ensuring your rig keeps running smoothly even under tough conditions.

Full Technical Description
OIL COOLER 6060 0009 87 is what keeps your hydraulic oil from cooking itself, especially when you're really pushing the rig hard, like during a long production shift. Without it, that oil gets way too hot, starts breaking down fast, and then your pumps and motors begin taking a serious beating. It's essentially the radiator for your hydraulic system, making sure everything stays within its proper operating temperatures so your components last longer and perform like they should.
When one of these starts to go, usually what happens is you'll notice your hydraulic oil temperature gauge creeping up, sometimes way past the normal operating range. You might even get a high-temp alarm from the rig's control system. The rig can feel sluggish, or you'll see the oil itself looking darker, maybe even smelling burnt, because it's been running too hot for too long. Sometimes, you'll even spot external leaks if the core itself cracks or the seals around it finally give up under the pressure and heat cycles.
When you're swapping one of these out, don't just bolt on the new one and call it a day. Always check the mounting points and especially the rubber isolators or bushings if it has them; they tend to get brittle and crack over time, which leads to vibration and premature failure of the new cooler. Also, make sure your fan is actually pulling air through it properly – sometimes the fan motor or its controller is the real culprit for overheating, not the cooler itself. A quick visual check for debris blocking the fins is always a good idea too.
