TERMINAL
816 238 69 TERMINAL BLOCK, FEED-THROUGH is a critical electrical connection point on your rig. It ensures reliable power and signal transfer to various components. When it fails, you'll often chase intermittent electrical faults or experience complete component shutdown, making it a key item to inspect during troubleshooting.

Full Technical Description
816 238 69 TERMINAL BLOCK, FEED-THROUGH is basically where your wires hook up, making sure power or signals actually get from point A to point B without dropping out. On a rig, that means keeping your sensors talking to the PLC, or getting juice to a solenoid valve so it can actually do its job. It’s not a flashy component, but if it’s not making good, solid contact, then nothing else downstream works right, and you’re stuck.
When one of these terminals starts going bad, usually what you’ll see is intermittent faults. Maybe a sensor reading drops out for a second, or a solenoid doesn’t fire every time you tell it to. You might get a ‘component not communicating’ error on the display, or if it’s a power TERMINAL carrying some current, you could even feel some heat around the connection point from increased resistance. It’s a real head-scratcher sometimes because it’ll work, then it won’t, and you end up chasing ghosts in the system.
Replacing these isn’t rocket science, but you gotta make sure you’re using the right crimping tool if you’re putting a new wire end on, or that the new TERMINAL block is seated properly and all the wires are in their correct spots. Don’t just yank the old one out and shove the new one in without a good look. Always check for corrosion on the mating surfaces, even if the TERMINAL itself looks okay. A lot of guys forget to clean those contacts, and then they wonder why the new part still acts up.
