VEDANTE DO PISTÃO

880 312 49 VEDANTE, ÊMBOLO is what keeps the hydraulic pressure from blowing past the piston in your cylinders. Think of it as the barrier that makes sure the fluid pushes the piston, not just leaks around it. Without a good seal here, you wouldn't get the force or controlled movement you need for things like feed cylinders or boom extension. It’s critical for maintaining that differential pressure across the piston face, which is how the cylinder actually does its work.

Replacing one of these isn't rocket science, but you gotta be careful not to nick it during installation. Always make sure the piston groove and cilindro bore are clean and free of any burrs or sharp edges that could damage the new vedante. And here's a common one: don't forget to check the condition of the piston rod vedante and wiper at the same time.
