LABEL SET

LABEL SET 3115 3597 00 is more than just a bunch of stickers; these are critical for anyone working on the rig. They tell you what switch does what, where the emergency stops are, and which fluid goes where. Think about trying to troubleshoot a hydraulic issue or even just start the machine in the dark without clear labels on the console or service points. It just slows everything down, makes it harder to be safe, and honestly, it's a recipe for someone hitting the wrong button when things are getting hectic. They're there to make sure you know exactly what you're grabbing or pushing.

When these labels start peeling off, fading from sun exposure, or just getting scraped up over time, that’s when you start running into issues. You’ll notice operators getting confused about which lever controls what function, especially on older rigs or if you’ve got new crew members. It's not uncommon to hear someone ask, ""Hey, which one's the feed pressure adjustment again?"" or even worse, accidentally hitting the wrong E-stop in a hurry because the label's gone. It just adds unnecessary friction and risk to daily operations, and frankly, it makes the rig look neglected, which can lead to other issues being overlooked too.

Replacing a label set isn't rocket science, but it's important to do it right. Before you slap on the new ones, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Seriously, a quick wipe-down with some degreaser and then a dry cloth makes a huge difference in how long they stick. Don't just replace the ones that are totally gone; take a minute to look for any that are starting to lift around the edges or are so faded you can barely read them. It’s easy to forget about the labels inside the electrical cabinet doors or on the back of a panel that doesn't get opened often, but those are just as important for troubleshooting.
